Durood Ibrahim is the most authentic and complete form of sending blessings upon Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, taught by the Prophet himself.
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيْمَ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ إِبْرَاهِيْمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيْدٌ مَجِيْدٌ
اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيْمَ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ إِبْرَاهِيْمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيْدٌ مَجِيْدٌ

Translation: O Allah, send Your grace upon Muhammad and his wives and offspring, as You sent it upon the family of Ibrahim, and bless Muhammad and his wives and offspring as You blessed the family of Ibrahim. Truly, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. -
3. Shortened Version for Morning/Evening Adhkar:
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَ سَلِّمْ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ
Allaahumma salli wa sallim 'alaa Nabiyyinaa Muhammadin.
O Allah, send peace and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad.
(Used when a brief salawat is needed, such as after Adhan)
